Lots of talking about racing and not much racing recently. Brutal to end the year 26th in the world and just miss out on finals, but c’est la vie. Time to just ski faster I guess. Onwards and upwards, time to go to school. See ya next year ✌️ Tough sledding in the SG yesterday running out of the back, but that’s life sometimes. Win some lose most, as @itsliterallysam says Gave it absolutely everything we had today. The extra risks needed to fight for a medal don’t always pan out, but nobody I’d rather go into battle with 🤝 Took me until I was 27 to make my first Olympics, only fitting I run 27th tomorrow. Been a long road and we’re finally here Sat on the floor every single @olympics that I can remember and watched the entire opening ceremonies, start to finish. People always said winning Kitzbühel was the biggest thing you could do in ski racing, but the Olympics were always on a different pedestal for me even if there wasn’t ever a real chance I’d go. Funny what can happen when you kind of forget about those dreams and just enjoy the ride along the way. Forever grateful to everyone that I’ve gotten to share this journey with and can’t wait to start a new one this week. Appreciate you all ❤️ All-time friends last week in Kitzbühel, couldn’t be more grateful to share this life with my people and be a part of the @erik_arvidsson fan club Lots of years getting worked in Wengen so felt great to finally put some points on the board. Still a journey to figure out this downhill, but onwards and upwards. Big week and month ahead @hahnenkammrennen 👀 Best weekend of my racing career 🤯 @valgardenaskiworldcup delivering again. 11th, 19th, and 16th back to back days. Been a long string of slow slow races so this felt better than I could have imagined. Many thanks to everyone who’s been a part of the journey, and we’re just getting started. Excited to partner with @goarmy and the 10th Mountain Division this year and talk shop about the different ways we approach life and work in the mountains. We caught up with First Lieutenant Dickinson and Soldier Lozano at the @copperworldcup to chat about some new tech they have going on (at least as far as they’re allowed to tell us about 😉)
